Remote tech support can be done through several ways:
Microsoft's remote connection software, usually installed on most windows machines, can be used to remotely connect to your machine and gives me the option to remotely control your machine fixing whatever issue you may be having. Using this option payments can be made through paypal after the issues are resolved.
Crossloop offers similar features as MS Remote with a small download and quick setup which may be more convenient if windows is already having issues. After service Payment can be made through their website.

Both Crossloop and MS remote connection are priced at $35 for the initial call and $30 an hour after the first hour.
I can also be reached through PaidSupport via a toll free number. The pricing starts at $20 only after the first five minutes then after an additional five minutes it is 99 cents a minute. Most issues can be resolved in twenty minutes or less so a twenty minute call would be slightly less than $40 and can be paid through PaidSupport.com

As with most my services there is no charge if I can not solve your issue with my services.

RadicalType is now an authorized reseller of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software. As a reseller I can offer Malwarebytes for $20 for a one year license $5 cheaper than purchasing the license through the maker and as a Tech I can tell you that the program is one of the best Anti-Malware programs.
